A place to collaborate. A place to build. A place to have fun.

To facilitate the next evolution of robotics, our residents need space to build, test, fail, collaborate, and build again until they achieve success. MassRobotics is providing just such a space on the 5th floor of 12 Channel Street in the heart of Boston’s Seaport Innovation District. Our Alpha office has six private and furnished offices to support 28 people. In addition, there is shared workspace for an additional 40-to-60 individuals.

Shared services include:

  • Conference rooms
  • Stocked kitchen facilities
  • Office equipment
  • 2,000 sq foot lab and prototype space with machine shop, 3D printer, and robot testing platforms
  • 8,000 sq foot open workshop
  • Four 10,000 lb. freight elevators



Looking to the future, MassRobotics is also renovating a second, larger area, located on the 2nd floor. When completed, this space will provide an additional 25K square feet of space for robotics companies to build and grow.
