Physical AI Fellowship

What is the Physical AI Fellowship?

The Physical AI Fellowship, Powered by AWS, NVIDIA, and MassRobotics, is a 6-8 week virtual program launching in Fall 2025. It is designed to accelerate high-potential startups at the intersection of robotics and Physical AI. Fellows will gain access to science and engineering experts from AWS Generative AI Innovation Center (GenAIIC), AWS compute and cloud credits, NVIDIA hardware and software support, and access to MassRobotics’ facilities and global robotics network. 

The inaugural Fall 2025 cohort will kick off with 5–10 startups, culminating with a high-visibility showcase at an AWS event.
