We handed off the 2nd floor to the construction team at Tocci in early July and the expansion project Began! Thanks to Silverman Trykowski Associates for helping to keep us on track and moving forward – and things are moving quickly!

The Studs going up: Construction meeting in the kitchen

After about a month into the project, we held a resident’s “hard hat” social to give our startups a sneak peek at the progress. We walked through the space and showed the future kitchen, conference rooms, labs, machine shop space and event space.

Residents are beginning to choose their future offices and workspace. We’ll be opening reservations to others in the month of October. If you are interested in space, please contact info@massrobotics.org with the subject line “MassRobotics Office Space.”

Progress continues and the electrical is pulled, plumbing is in place and the wallboard is going up.

With the walls going up the space is looking quite different! More updates to come in future posts.
