During 2025 we continued to host a vibrant and growing community of Women in Robotics! Our quarterly gatherings brought together hundreds of women. MassRobotics hosted 4 Women in Robotics meet-ups in 2025 generating our greatest turnouts to date with more than 500 event registrations in all. Hosted at some of the region’s most influential innovation hubs, these events brought together women in robotics from different experience levels for networking and discussions on topics such as personal finances, career growth, work life balance and the evolving role of women in robotics and technology.

Spring Meet-up

The first meet-up of 2025 was on March 13 at MassRobotics, sponsored by JPMorgan, featuring two JPMorgan speakers who shared insights on personal finances including how to navigate retirement funds, investments, near term savings and much more.

Summer Meet-up

On June 25, 2025, the summer meet-up was hosted at the ADI Garage, where Natalie Brown joined a panel of women leaders who shared insights on navigating leadership and building impact within fast-moving technology sectors.

Autumn Meet-up

The momentum carried into the fall with an October 7, 2025 meet-up at the RAI Institute, featuring a panel led by Dawn Wendell, highlighting work life balancing and managing having children and families while pursuing a career in robotics.

Winter Meet-up

The final meet-up of the year was on December 8, 2025 at Shell TechWorks for an end of year celebration and holiday social event. Shell TechWorks female leadership shared perspectives on leading, innovation, and building inclusive cultures within global technology organizations.
