STEM Academy – Drone Academy

MassRobotics Drone Academy collaboration began in 2019 with our first pilot program run at the Dearborn STEM academy.  See details in this blog post.  As the curriculum became more refined, we ran our second academy in 2020 – details here.   In 2022 we hosted students and faculty from Hampton University along with Brown University for our third academy to build and test curriculum and the drone hardware that has been developed into a user kit. This new user kit was used for the 2023 fourth Drone Academy where we hosted students and faculty from Howard University as well as a group of high school students.
